Returns & Exchanges

At Sigma Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all items within 60 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
